my calls get routed to you?
Calls
come to our service by two ways. Both start with a local phone number we
issue to you, called a Direct Inbound Dial (D.I.D.) line. The first and
most commonly used option is done by call forwarding your phone line to
your D.I.D. number. Call forwarding is a feature usually already
provided by your telephone service provider allowing you to give and
take back your lines as needed. Callers dial your advertised
phone listing never letting you lose control of your established number.
The second option is to have your clients simply dial into your D.I.D.
number directly.

How do
my callers know they have reached me?
As soon
as a call comes in we answer with a custom answer phrase you provide.
This is your personal account and only your business information is
displayed eliminating any chance of confusing your account with another.
Unless directed otherwise, Business Extension Service strives to provide
a seamless extension of your company.

How do
I get my messages?
You can
receive them any time by calling in or have our service page-out, fax or
email them. If you prefer, calls can be patched through directly to any
phone you request. Your account can be accessed for messages as often as
you need with no additional cost.

Can I
make changes to my account?
Yes,
anytime, as many times as you need at no charge. Call us to change the
way we take call for the duration of your service down to the smallest
interruption in your day by just updating an operator.

What
if I have multiple offices or locations?
Multiple
accounts can be set up with local area numbers assigned to them. Each
account having its own set of instructions with pertinent information
retaining to it, or each number referring back to one executive account.

about voice mail?
Business
Extension Service has many different voice mail options. Choose from the
basic service, multiple voice mailboxes and announcements only boxes. Or
combine them all with a live operator revert option instructing callers
to press “0” to be transferred to an operator for an added personal
touch.

much does this service cost?
Many
clients compare this cost to a commercial cell phone bill. Costs vary
depending on the volume of calls and our overall involvement. Accounts
are set up with a base rate that includes a maximum amount of calls,
with a charge for calls over the allotted amount. Our service is very

just one unmissed call per month. There are several service programs
depending on your call volume and can be changed at any time.
