We have indoor and outdoor guard service 24 hours a day, so we're able to offer our employees flexible hours. Shifts can range from 4 - 8 hours so there's no problem if you hold another job. In western Washington we have guard positions available from Blaine to Olympia, depending on the job. In eastern Washington, our security jobs are mainly in Chelan and Douglas counties. We provide excellent training and welcome retired, current or ex-military, and bilingual employees. Security patrols are also excellent training in public relations since you are required to deal tactfully with employees, clients, fellow guards, and transients. The State of Washington requires an extensive background check. This includes fingerprints and a declaration of non-felony or gross misdemeanor. There is an initial $65.00 fee for a state security license, which can be paid through a payroll deduction.

For those who like working indoors, our operator positions are a great fit. You need to have good phone skills, basic computer skills and the ability to type messages accurately. Our answering service operates 24/7/365, so we can offer flexible hours on all three shifts. If you are out-going, communicate clearly, enjoy helping people and can handle periods of stress, these positions provide excellent experience in customer service.

Our commercial janitorial accounts are mainly evenings and nights. Although these positions don't require formal classes, we provide training and professional certification.
